A documentary about people who suffer from some kind of mental illness, but at the same time are gifted with extraordinary talents. These talents are thought to be the results of these particular disorders altering the brains of the victims in some way. The mad genius does exist, but should this be considered a curse or a blessing?
This documentary follows Nick van Bloss, who has Tourette’s syndrome. He had weird compulsive behavior, from which he could only restrain by playing the piano. And so he became very good at it, partly because of his affliction.
